1. ORDER APPROVAL
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Print Trade is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size.
2. PAYMENT MODE
After merging of Mumbai Printers, both Mumbai Printers and Print Trade e payment partner is CC Avenues and amount is credited to NIDELAB company account.
3. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format in desired resolution. Print Trade is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Print Trade is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. While Print Trade will try it's best to match the gradient density of each color , Print Trade is not liable for the final appearance of a color and the same shall not be entertained reasons for cancellation of order. Spot UV on visiting cards are offered complimentary and design portion should be highlighted in black where spot uv is required, in case the file is uploaded without any highlight, the spot uv will not be applied. In case uploaded file is not a correct print document, we will intimate customers, asking them to send print ready file within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Kindly note that orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances except uploaded orders in which there is some design error and those that can't be processed.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error i.e. lesser quantity printed excluding 5-10% over and under run, printed on lesser thickness paper and printing of wrong artwork file, we will re-print the order & ship it to customer at no additional cost within 7 Days. Customer must notify Print Trade within 48 hours of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the product failing which Customer is deemed satisfied with the product. Where replacement is appropriate, Customer must first return 100% of the received product within 7 days from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. It is important to check the design file uploaded have proper bleed area, so that no text or image get accidentally cut, we will not be responsible for any mistake for wrong file sent or uploads. Print preview of the design will include bleed area. For order cancellation 2-3% online payment transaction fees will be deducted, if payment is made online. All disputes are subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction.
6. ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For delivery delay due to courier agencies, Print Trade will not be liable for any refund/compensation more than amount for which courier agency is liable. If we/courier agencies are unable to deliver product in max 14 days, we will refund the entire order amount to your account which you will receive in max 7 days.
7. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is returned to Print Trade due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address,Print Trade will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
